Who we are
Mortgage Int Ltd (trading as Mortgage International) is an independent mortgage broker with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH. We are an appointed representative of The Right Mortgage Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We were founded with a simple mission: to provide honest, expert mortgage advice that genuinely puts clients' interests first. As an independent broker, we are not influenced by any lender and our advice is based entirely on what is best for your circumstances.
Our fully qualified mortgage adviser has helped hundreds of clients across the UK, from first time buyers taking their first steps on the property ladder to experienced landlords managing large portfolios and businesses financing commercial premises.
We specialise in cases that other broker find challenging: self-employed applicants, contractors, clients with complex income structures, adverse credit history, and non-standard property types. Where others say no, we often find a way.

Roger has been advising clients on mortgages for over 15 years, working with more than 500 clients across Greater London and the Home Counties. He founded Mortgage International with a straightforward goal: to give clients the kind of honest, expert advice that genuinely puts their interests first.
He holds the full Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP Parts 1, 2 and 3), the industry-standard qualification required by the FCA for mortgage advisers in the UK. Beyond the qualification, his experience spans the full range of mortgage types: first-time buyer, remortgage, buy-to-let, commercial, bridging, and specialist cases including contractors, company directors, self-employed professionals, foreign nationals, and high-value purchases.
Roger has access to over 90 lenders including high street banks, building societies, specialist lenders, and private banks. This breadth means he can find solutions for clients whose cases have been declined elsewhere.
